Admin User Management UI

Design a UI layout for an admin dashboard where the admin can manage users effectively. The layout should include the following features:

1. **User Management Section:**  
   - A list displaying all registered users with the following details for each user:
     - Username
     - Email
     - Registration Date
   - Options to create a new user and delete existing users.

2. **Create User Functionality:**  
   - A form for entering user credentials, which should include:

   - A submit button to create the user.
   - Once a user is created, a separate administrative folder should be accessible where all data related to that user can be managed.

3. **User Detail Screen:**  
   - When an admin clicks on a specific user, navigate to a new screen that includes:
     - User details (editable fields for Username, Email, etc.)
     - A section to manage additional user data (i.e., documents, settings, etc.)
     - Edit and delete options for the user.

4. **User Interaction Design:**  
   - Ensure the user interface is intuitive, with clear calls to action for creating, editing, and deleting users.
   - Consider using modals or confirmation dialogs for frequent actions like delete.
   - Use visual hierarchy to prioritize information and actions for the admin.

5. **Accessibility Considerations:**  
   - Ensure all elements are accessible, with appropriate labels and screen reader compatibility.
   - Provide adequate contrast ratios, font sizes, and intuitive navigation.

Make sure to include a consistent color palette, typography, and spacing to create a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
